What is your WHY for joining The Best You and eating AIP? Do you have a specific diagnosis? To feel better, reduce inflammation and body pains. I turned 65 this year and want to stay active to enjoy life and time with 3 granddaughters. I've had hyperthyroidism for almost 30 years and weight has been up and down since.
How did you learn about The Best You? I saw Tracey on L'ange Hair video where she briefly discussed her AIP issues and The Best YOU. I signed up IMMEDIATELY, without further research. I knew Tracey was the real deal, honest and transparent. That was a HUGE change in my life that special day!!

Share your successes!! Pain in hands has decreased significantly! I have more energy, and feel much better! I've dropped 35 lbs and several dress sizes. WooHOO!!!
Have you re-introduced any foods yet? If yes, what and what were the results? I had salsa (nightshade) and chips (grains). HUGE reaction! Pain in hands came back and was bloated for several days.
What tricks/tips made this life easier? Having Tracey guide us step-by-step. I love the support from all, and I learn something all the time.
